CAP Barbell Power Racks and Attachments

Nice quality, it can carry 5 plates easy, the pin that fit in the rack is 12mm about 1/2inch

A lot of reviews mentioned both are the same, not opposites and mine are definitely both the same. I'm not sure why this matters though, they fit in opposite sides of my rack and are sturdy and angled just right so plates don't slide off. Will order another pair soon!

Works good on my northern lights squat cage. Descent price. Helps to stabilize my squat cage with weights on it.

I have 2 45s and 2 25s on it and it's held up for a year np. The thing does its job but there's a couple of annoying problems with it.1: The paint always chips off on every insert or removal of weight, which leaves the floor covered in paint flakes that stick to your feet and end up all over the place, and it chips directly onto the weights themselves and then on your hands since you're always manipulating the weights. It's impossible to clean up every time you take a weight off >.< If the thing was made of stainless steel or chrome or something it would be a millions times better cuz there'd be nothing chipping off.2: It positions itself on the side of the rack rather than the back of it so it gets in the way of a workout. If I'm benching or squatting, the barbell's weights will hit the weights being held on the side by this thing. But that's also an issue with the way my rack is made, not having holes on all 4 sides. Would have been nicer if this was built to wrap around to the back instead of the side of the rack but oh well. I'm using a northern lights rack fyi
