The 5-40 weight oil works well for me here in the southeast in an MBZ S550 4MATIC. I've been changing the oil every 5k miles. B4 changing oil, I'll run the LM Engine Flush than suck the old oil out. Then, I'll add LM Ceratec and new LM 5-40 Synthetic.

This product is excellent, and the quality is above average as for the price, it's a bit more expensive than the other ones, but it is so much better to improve your mileage.
