If you want it get it. It’s just in a jar and is really light. Nothing to interesting but it fits good in a collection.

The "Chunks" are FINE- but a little "small"- A review DID warn Me about this- BUT I was anxious.
I had been fascinated by "Aerogel" for some time, and ALWAYS seem to forget to order some. THIS listing popped up, and seemed "reasonable" A review warned Me the piece WERE "small", but I was anxious to get some- so ordered it anyway. I suppose it WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING, but CAN say the "chunks" are VERY interesting......

Arrived as dust.
Not one piece close to minimum size. Unusable for demonstration or testing. Do not recommend

Bottle arrived leaked, mostly dust
Sadly the bottle was unscrewed. It wasn't completely off, but through what must have been vigorous travel, the glass was mostly shaken into dust, and exited the bottle as powder. I was pretty disappointed to find only crumbs inside the bottle.

DISAPPOINTED.
The AMAZON description of the AEROGEL indicated samples of various sizes...up to 1.3 inches. I would have been happy to get at least ONE piece over .75". What arrived was a very small bottle containing samples no larger than tiny gravel.

I like the product quality from my end. The size of silica aerogels are quite tiny but it fits good in my collection.

Thought it would be fun, but it's just boring
I thought it would be a very special feeling to hold this.But actually, it doesn't feel so special. Yeah, it's light, but nothing amazing.
