Packaging suggestion.
Sturdy item, ample to control a garden parasol I also ordered separately. Easy to assemble… once I retrieved the bits! Please package the washers more securely. I had to shake out everything and rummage around to find the washers. The big bolt was in a separate bag but the rest all just loose in the box. The polystyrene had broken up in transit which I think was the cause. But really a small issue in the scheme of things. I think a good investment for summers to come.

Very good product, well designed and better than most I had.

Good product and a good weight
Put it together in less than 5 minutes, one thing is that you may need a wrench or some pliers to tighten the bottom bolt, even without doing that it is still very sturdy. The umbrella is stable even in a strong wind, just make sue it is closed if the wind is strong.

Falta pieza, en dos compras paso lo mismo!!!
Me gustó el producto, sin embargo de las dos piezas que compre faltó la pieza de perilla que aprieta el tubo, que raro no!!!! Porqué no envían completo, deben tener más cuidado.
