Satisfied with transaction and product. It was difficult to install. I contacted Shark 3 times for instructions to tear apart the power head, but was told I would have to buy the complete power head. I told them I already had the roller, and I just needed a diagram to tear it apart. No help. I couldn't find a helpful video on YouTube for my model, so my husband just tore into it. We got it in, but it was a struggle. Works great now!!! New roller made my vacuum perform like new again!!

The part was a perfect fit but the installation is not for the faint of heart. Lots of parts have to be removed before the brushroll can be installed. I'm sure Shark had a reason to design the carpet head this way but I think it could have been designed better, especially since the brushroll wears out fairly quickly.

Parts missing

This roller brush is better than the original. The original Shark brush wears out in less than a year. First time I bought a new head for 80.00 as per the Shark helpline. In less than a year the brush was worn down to nubs on one side. This brush seems much more robust. Time will tell. Putting it on is not for the faint of heart. Pain in the butt.

It works good have been searching and/or waiting for a brush to be available for the shark rotator nv752 it is a little bit to put in and ended up needing a security torq screwdriver bits to complete
