Can this product remove neon yellow from a shirt?

I'm sure the material content is key. It does a great job removing yellow out of denim without pulling out much blue. I'm talking about the new stretch denim that has polyester and spandex in it.

aCan I redo the color remover a second time? It did change the color but I would like it much lighter.

You are treading on unknown territory. Ask yourself, "How much do I love this item?" If you don't care about it very much, then by all means, use the color remover a second time. However, if you don't really care and you have the mind of a scientist, then do it! I think your chance of success is small, very small. I tried this on so many things and mostly I just ruined my clothes. I won't use it again. Its success all depends on unknowns like what kind of fabric is it and what did the original manufacturer use to put the color in it. I never got just a lighter color unless it was an all cotton, natural dye. Otherwise the color would not be stable and many times it would change to a dull, lifeless and ugly different color. I don't recommend using this product at all. Not worth the frustration and failure rate.

Has anyone used this product to slightly fade cotton, but not remove the color completely? If so, can you share what method(s) you tried?

I used this product to remove a colour,however it didn't completely remove original colour but it removed a sufficient amount for me to use a dye.
