I like that the workouts are easy to read and understand and that there are different workouts on the reverse side. I did not like that I had to reverse-roll them, but I'd ship this item the same way.

I really like this dry erase calander. It came very nicely packaged and was just the right size for my fridge. The magnet is strong. I would definitely recommend this product.

These double sided sheets came in as expected, Simple to read each workout and definitely come in handy if I want to try something different. Came in rolled up so make sure to set them out and place something on top to flatten them out for a while. Would recommend!

I ordered 4 posters for my exercise room. Very happy with the quality. They really spruce up my exercise room. As per instructions, I rolled them up the opposite way and secured them with rubber bands for about 24 hours, after which they hung flat.

I'm a mom of four who is trying to get in shape! I got these because I thought glancing at a poster would be way easier than trying to follow along with videos when I have a toddler constantly on the go. They have great workouts that I haven't been shown before that seem to give me a good workout!
