It took a bit of time fiddling and experimenting with different bits. The wrecked screw I had to remove had never been removed and had been very tightly screwed to an electronic item. So happy it worked as my usual method of using a Dremel would have made some mess and likely cut into the metal around the screw.

Unfortunately this product is not fit for purpose. The metal is way too soft and the offending screws just chew up the drill bits. It would be effective if you were drilling out wooden screws, but they don't exist. Unfortunately you have to spend more to get a product that might do the job. Returning product at my earliest convenience.

This was just what I was looking for because of the amount of times zi have come across damaged screws it does the job great glad I got it.

Bought this to remove a stuck and stripped screw from a door frame, took a few tries to get the right sized bit to use but once it gripped it pulled the screw out no problem.

Be gentle with it and it will do what you need not sure if it could handle big bolts which are stuck in

Not a pro-workshop purchase, obvz at this price.But if you have to use it a few times a year, this will pay for itself straight away. Sturdy and made from high grade (hard) steel, this has a lot of life in it.It’s used by GNBN in a vid which is where I heard of this specific model.

I only used the two smallest diameters and found the precision of the pieces was not good enough. The drill bit was too soft and the thread on the extractor was not sharp enough in the thread cut. This could not cope at all with tiny lugs. May be ok for larger dias but not for the two smaller.

I would recommend this kit for these reasons1. There is a good selection of sizes the 5 larger sizes are very good and will work in most situations it’s a useful thing to have on hand.the smaller sizes will work best on screws found in computers and electronics.Very small hard steel screws are tough to remove, I had some difficulty with a stripped torx #6 but it was a very hard stainless.2.at this price it is certainly worth a try.3. The seller is very committed to providing customer service at a level you just don’t expect.In addition the kit is well organized and simple to use

En mi caso no podía sacar los tornillos antirrobo de las ruedas de mi coche, perdí el vaso a medida de estos. Fue colocar el vaso extractor, dar unos golpes con el martillo para que se clavara bien el el tornillo, y con una carraca de unos 20cm de largo salió, después por el orificio donde entra la carraca en el extractor metí un destornillador para sacar el tornillo, y a otra rueda. Me ha librado de una buena.

Product was cheaply made, instructions were on the disposable plastic packaging, bits were greasy, and most importantly, it wouldn’t drill through the screw to extract it. Avoid this product.
