I bought this for my office so my coffee doesn't go cold. It looks nice on my desk and appreciate how it keeps my coffee hot until the last drop. I like the light that comes on when the weight of the cup is on it. When you pick up the cup the light and unit goes off. It's a good product and would recommend it.

This product does not work. Barely keeps my beverages warm, and it smells like it’s burning. Unfortunately it’s too late for me to return item but though I’d put this out there. This product actually makes me nervous to have in my home due to the smell of burning.

The plate works. I use it for both a coffee warmer and candle warmer. If what you put on it isn’t heavy enough, it will not turn on. It is a pressure plate situation. I had to rig it with a rubber band tightly around the pressure button to work. Once it was used for a few days, it became discolored from the heat. It’s entire purpose is to heat things up! Buy one that is not controlled by pressure and that has a black hot plate. It will never become discolored.

I bought this for a friend at work and she loved it! I’ve been able to use it a few times too and it’s amazing. Just set your cup down and it turns right on! It stays a perfectly drinkable temperature for a long while. This is great for coffee sippers.

I purchased this warmer for myself and a gift for my cousin. It works wonderfully, I use it to melt candles in my office. Great purchase!

I absolutely loved this warmer until it stopped working out of nowhere! The circle in front still glows blue, so I know it is getting power, but it no longer heats up. :(

The first one stopped working after just a week the second one stopped working 3 days later.. Don't recommend this product at all
