It takes some trial and error to figure out how to wrap it to best suit your needs. I wrapped and unwrapped this thing about a good 9 times before I got it the way I wanted to try it out with my workout. I found wrapping most of it in one spot and then adjusting it help me get everything I want covered. I have a long torso so that might not be necessary for those that don't. Was comfortable during my workout and stayed in place. The tightness being adjustable is a plus and kept me from getting annoyed during my workout and taking it off like I do other trainers. Lol, but im just very moody when I work out cause I dont like to. 🤣That's the biggest selling point of this wrap, it being easily adjustable to ANY degree of tightness you desire.

Fits well and works like a charm

The product was ok. I just found it to be a bit annoying trying to wrap it around myself because for 1 it was very long and flimsy like and 2 the first wrap you have to make is the hardest because there's nothing really to hold it in place (like Velcro) as you try adjusting it. Found myself using both hands and even my wrists/arm to hold it in place as I tried to tighten it and wrap around. Also I found the width of the belt was not wide enough. As soon as I would move or bend or sit down the belt wraps would move and my fat would find its way out and would oddly sit in between these opened pockets between the wraps. Would wish it was more sturdy, a bit wider (for bigger girls, which I am 200lbs and only 5'3"), and had something to keep it in place when you first put it on to help adjust it. Other than the tedious points I found that the belt did provide that tight feeling and was pretty elastic which could help with shaping. I think I was just too big around that area for it to be as comfy as it would have been if I were a tad smaller.Hope this helps 🙏

I work long shifts where im consistently on my feet and my back always starts hurting towards the end so i would wear a back brace but it is too bulky and restrictive for the amount of movement i have to do so although i initially bought this as a waist trainer and to help me sweat my way back to a six pack ( which its definitely been doing) i also noticed that my back do not hurt while at work when im wearing it and it stays put which is a plus on top of a plus. So trust when i say this thing do all the jobs and more

I love this product! It came in one day. I have wasted so much money on the corset ones that you have to squeeze into and be uncomfortable in. This was great because it's large enough to wrap around your body multiple times and you can adjust the firmness of it. I wore it to teach two dance classes yesterday and found it manageable to move in. My only thing is it's not made to make you sweat, so perhaps you might want to buy a product to go with it. I'm not a big sweater however, so it could be just me. Bottom line, 100% worth the money! I finally found a product that works for me. For reference, I have a short torso and weigh about 180. Works great!
