Q: What is the weight capacity of this chair?

I'm not sure but I weigh 280 and 5'8 and I sit in the chair.

Q: What is the length of just the legs themselves. Why are they so low , can you replace them ?

legs are only 8" long, puts seat at 16". I bought leg extenders, 1.25" on Amazon. That helped. Seat now 17.25 from floor. Nicely made and works great in our guest bedrooms, we have 2.

Q: Is the back straight up (like a dinning room chair) or does it have a slight lean to the back?

I don't consider it a dining chair, it's short, very short. More of an accent chair. The back has a slight lean back, but not too pronounced.
