Q: The instructions only say water can you use cleaning solution or wood floor cleaner? Just water not enough for my floors

I bypassed the mops spray system and just sprayed the floors with my preferred cleaner from a spray bottle out ahead of the mop and and then just lol et the mop do it’s thing. When I was done and ready to clean the mop, I used some hydrogen peroxide mixed with water to clean the mop heads. They came out looking quite clean. All in all worked really well for me, since I use different cleaners on the tile than on the wood floors.

Q: filling water tank is awaked, is there way to make it easier?

What's the difficulty?? Measured cup, add water or a cleaning liquid solution of your choice, pour the solution into the reservoir, close cap.....enjoy!

Q: Does this mop clean ceramic tile and the grout?

You bet it does! My porcelain tiles have never been cleaner! Also love the cleaning bucket! This machine, at times, can be a bit temperamental though... try giggling the handle when it sits in the bucket, till it is sitting correctly

Q: How to remove the battery compart door? It's not just screwdrivers. What's the trick?

It's where the Lithium battery is. There's a tiny white circle there. Use the tiniest Phillips screw driver & gently push-in that tiny white hole. Beneath it lies a tiny screw. Use that same Phillips screw driver to open up the screw~ Don't lose the screw!!!
