I was looking for a Raspberry flavour to make sugar free jelly. I boughtLorAnn Oils raspberry essence but it was frightfully expensive, then I stumbled onto Ossoro Raspberry Cream Twirl and it was not only better than LorAnn Oils but also sufficient in quantity. I make amazing jelly with it, just add lime juice while making jelly to get that tart taste which is necessary to get the exact raspberry taste. Wish Ossor would add the tart flavour too. This is worth every penny.
