It warmed up nicely immediately as soon as I plugged it in.Not big and fluffy which was good, I didn't want any bulk under my hands.Seemed to be well made. It said it fits standard steering wheels but was a good 3 inches short of my 2011 Honda odyssey steering wheel so returned with no problem.

Cover was advertised to fit a 15 inch wheel, but there was no way anyone could get it to wrap around the wheel. It was just too small.
