⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I spent a lot of time comparing interval timers, including the GymBoss interval timer/stopwatch, and the only reason I even considered the GymBoss was because of the strong reviews for this timer. Ultimately, I chose this one—and I’m so glad I did. I was looking for a timer that was as simple as an old-school oven timer. No learning curve, no complicated programming, no mental energy required. This is honestly the only timer I found that matched what I had pictured in my head. Every other option required way too much setup and thinking before you could even use it, which is exactly what I didn’t want. I use this while stretching at the barre and just needed something accurate so I wouldn’t have to count in my head. This timer is perfect for that. Before using it, all you do is select your interval on the side (30, 45, or 60 seconds). That’s it. To turn it on, you long-press the middle button and it blinks green. When you’re ready to start, you short-press the button and it begins counting down, which you know because it flashes red. When the interval finishes, it vibrates—and the vibration is strong enough that you definitely won’t miss it. One press stops it, and it goes back to flashing green so you know it’s ready for the next interval. Short-press again, and you’re off. It truly could not be easier. I also assumed it only came with a clip, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that it included a Velcro wristband as well. That was an unexpected bonus and makes it even more versatile. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning that the timer stopped working after a few weeks or a month. I can’t speak to longevity yet since I’ve only had it for a few days, but so far it’s been excellent. I absolutely plan to update this review if that changes—and I genuinely mean that. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Simple, intuitive, effective, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend if you want a timer that just works without overcomplicating things. * Excuse the mess in my video, I’m currently in the midst of cleaning out my overstuffed closets and getting rid of things - as people say way too much nowadays - that no longer serve me.

I've always had trouble not getting distracted during workouts/in between sets and this was just what I needed to help keep me on track. Simple, easy to use, and much more convenient than watching the clock or using your phone timer. I clip it on my shirt and it's quickly become muscle memory for me to press the timer immediately after my sets. After a couple months of consistent use, the vibration stopped working however. I sent a message to the company and they sent me a new one free of charge! They were quick to respond and very helpful. Contact info I had to find on the actual site. A unique product that I'm surprised hasn't already been made/is something EVERYONE uses. PROS: • Vibration is great; let's me know time is up without having to look and is a discreet timer that won't bother anyone else in the gym/room • Clips easy to shirt/clothing for convenient use • Rechargeable with a reasonable battery life; I recharge it as often as I would my Airpods • Helps keep me consistent in between reps & to not take too long with equipment • Durable enough; I've dropped on it a good number of times/had sweat on it and it's stayed intact • Different timer settings offer a good variety of times for sets that require more or less rest time • Aesthetically, it looks like a sleek and modern little gadget to add to your gym fit and I quite like it CONS: • After a few months use the button gets a little finicky; pressing it will sometimes get it stuck in and it won't pop back up for a few moments • Vibration stopped working after a few months of use, even on a full charge. As I said above they did send me a new one once I let them know though

I purchased one June 2, 2024 and when I received it I plugged it in and it wouldn't take a charge at all. I returned it and received a new one. I've been using this one for less than two weeks and the button sticks so it shuts down, it will shut down for no reason while it is counting down. It happens a lot!!!

The device has been wonderful for timing my rests between sets (rather than constantly checking or losing track of the wall clock), though I wish it wouldn’t auto shut-off after just 5 minutes. But be warned that it seems to only charge with the cord it comes with. Mine was broken, but I contacted them and they sent me a replacement.

El timer llegó en tiempo y forma, la calidad del producto se siente muy buena en toda su composición y funciones. En general me parece un excelente accesorio para el gym, solo tiene 3 sets de tiempo (30, 45 y 60 segundos), quizá es lo único que cambiaría pero es más que suficiente. La vibración al terminar el set es buena y la batería dura bastante

The time me timer is perfect for anyone who trains and like their rest periods between sets to be accurate. There are areas in my gym where you can't see a clock and setting timers on phone is long so this simple solution works well

I came back to edit this review because the product has gotten worse in a period of 4 months. I bought this in July and its only October and this device no longer holds a charge. It didn't effectively hold a charge very well when I first got it - but now it dies on a full charge after timing about four 30 or 60 second exercises. Overall I cant recommend this device... the battery reserve is non existent. Makes it next to useless.
