Fantastic - will repurchase for sure
I've recently started water fasting for autophagy benefits, but before starting I couldn't believe how hard it was to find water-fast focused electrolytes. There is another brand on here that seems to offer far fewer servings and slightly wonky electrolytes - too high a % on some, and woefully inadequate on others. This was the first I've seen that has each in roughly equal amounts and will give you exactly the right amount over a day. I was hesitant at first about the price, but after hunting around on the internet (and deciding making my own was even more expensive and complicated) I went for it. No regrets at all - I really liked the taste and can live with the slightly grainy ending. I originally thought 32oz was too much water so drank a scoop in around 250ml - first and last time that will happen! It had a sudden, um, impact on my digestive system! So please learn from my mistakes and follow the instructions. I plan on extending my fasts a bit each week (Next week I will attempt 65 hours from this week's 48, on to 72 the following week and more beyond.) This product helps so much with staving off any light-headed feeling and keeping the hunger pangs more manageable. I do still wish it was cheaper, but oh well - saving money from not eating, I suppose!

YES, Great taste.
I've used a number of electrolytes powders because I have mineral deficiencies and none of them helped me but this one keeps me coming back for more. It doesn't fully dissolve, it leaves somewhat of a loose, chalky residue at the bottom of my jar but overall this product delivers for me. Took me straight out of a potassium deficiency. It did what I needed it to do, so I don't care about the residue.

Aids with headaches that come with fasting.
This is better than what I had attempted in the past. Yes it's grainy and it's an acquired taste. Once you get past that, it's great! I fasted before with just water and it was terrible the first 2-4 days. I had horrible headaches. I've been fasting for over 48 hours and no major headaches to report like before. It's minimal but I noticed that I get headaches when I haven't drank anything in a few hours. This truly helps and has made water fasting so much more bearable.

Decent taste, Bad solubility
Taste is bearable but the powder stays like a sand at the bottom no matter how much you shake or mix. Which makes it hard to drink when youโre down to it.

Like Gatorade USED to be
I'm 53. In the 1970's Gatorade was made for athletes who sweated in the heat of the South. It tasted like lightly lime flavored sweat and it was full of electrolytes. Now that stuff is coolade for pretend athletes. This Poweder is REAL electrolytes. I'm on day 6 of a water only fast that will last at least a month, probably much longer. It is very difficult to find potassium supplements that aren't just 2% of daily recommended. This is over 20% and they recommend doing it twice a day when you are fasting. So, good! If you're going to drink it in a glass with ice then bring a spoon to stir it, because it will settle. They recommend 32 oz of water mixed with one scoop (it's a small scoop) twice a day. So it's a lot, but what else am in doing? I'm not eating anything. I like it, but it tastes more like sweat than coolade - which means it's real electrolytes. Happy fasting! P.S. there was a sticker with nutrition info OVER the original info. I didn't notice if it was different. But here's what the original nutrition info states. Maybe it's the same, maybe different. It doesn't change my review.

Great if you like drinking sand
This stuff is so bad. The taste is fine, but no matter what ratio of powder to water I use or how much I shake it, it never dissolves completely and leaves this sediment layer that tastes like sand. Makes me want to filter it before I drink it. Disgusting and disappointing, as I wanted a lower sugar option to replace my LIQUID IV habit but I guess I'll have to keep looking.

Great taste, dissolves easily!
Great product! This tastes like the old school lemon-lime Gatorade from the 80s/90s. Not ocean water. Iโll be drinking this outside of my fast as well. Dissolves easily in cold water. I write very few product reviews, but this one certainly deserved a review based on taste alone! Highly recommend.

It doesn't completely dissolve in water and has a weird sweet taste.
I don't like the artificial sweetener taste so I only tried it twice.
