Computer would not boot up after only 7 days of using it. It would only beep but not boot up. I was unable to return product since it now had proprietary information on the hard dri e which I was unable to clear off since the computer would not start. I explained the situation to Amazon and they assured me they would take care of it and are now saying return item to vendor but the return window is now closed. Really disappointed in this whole process

Bought this computer in April. Is now July and it doesn't work. I can't get any product support because it's refurbished. Therefore out of warranty. There's no way to return it. I now have a piece of $500 garbage.
