Neat Little Guys, Very Lively !!
I was VERY Happy with my purchase of Millipeds from Insectsales.com and Amazon ! I had no idea that Amazon even offered live creatures, and I am Glad I looked into this !! I bought 2 "Pink Foot Chocolate Millipeds, and they arrived happy and moving around really well ! They arrived October 30th of 2025 and have been crawling all over there enclosure wonderfully, they are Facinating Creatures to watch !! Had to go on You-Tube to learn about how to keep them, and I think I may buy more in future !!

healthy 4 inch millipede
Arrived alive (delivered to Texas in winter). About 4 inches long. Seems healthy. Habitat is small but probably fine for short term. I upgraded to a cubical tank with more substrate and hiding spots so it could also fully stretch out and move around at night.. My 6yo daughter will love it I think. We wanted a pet that she could handle occasionally but that doesnt require live food. (she really wanted a snake). They are supposed to live a long time if you take good care of them. I am a bit worried about maintaining humidity levels while avoiding mold but we'll see how it goes. I will try to update in a month or so..
