More expensive than others. But if you don’t like cheap looking crap in your home then this is perfect.I raw dogged this the first time (naked). Hurt bad but then I felt this wave of calming relaxation sweep up from my feet to my head and BAM! I was out cold. Woke up 10 minutes later feeling amazing. I use it about once a week for maximum efficiency. More than that and the feeling is muted.

This mat is amazing! So far I’ve stood on it only, and the effect is instantaneous with blood flow and pain relief. The quality of the fabric and the hard circular parts is nice and durable feeling. I can see how going slow with moving onto it and off is important.

Comes with lots of different options for trying different uses. Product seems very durable.
