Good price, holds well, keeps my heat gun out of trouble
Before I had this holder, I had to just set the heat gun down after using it and try to make sure the metal tip didn't touch anything. That was difficult if my workbench was full of stuff. Having a heat gun holder next to my workbench is very convenient and a lot safer, since the heatgun also won't fall off and land on anything flammable. The magnet is quite strong, the metal rings are at least strong enough to hold a heat gun, and the whole thing is pretty compact. It works perfectly against the vertical support for my metal shelving.

Strong magnet
Works as stated. Fits my cheapie Harbor freight heat gun. Very handy to keep it out of the way and off of the workbench area and not inadvertently burning something. Magnet doesn't slip.

Wish I had bought this sooner
I have limited space in my makeshift "studio" and this simple little thing has been the best thing I've bought in awhile. It saves so much counter/desk space and makes a huge difference in my workflow.The magnets are strong and soft, so they will not mar your surface. I keep it either on my supply metal cart near my workspace or even on the metal leg by my side as I'm working. Measure before you buy but my no-name heat gun from Johnson Plastics Plus fit perfectly. Cheap enough to give it a try. Seems well made and I hope it lasts awhile.
