The manual says to lubricate the driveshaft after every run, but the nozzle is glued to the boat hull. How do you lube the drive shaft?

It’s a jet boat so the drive shaft should not require lubrication as it’s a metal to metal connection. If it had a flex cable like more powerful boats then yes you would need to

yes, i took mine through. the controller looked like a gun, so they pulled my bag into secondary screening, but once they saw it was just a controller, they gave it back.

Does it go backwards?

It flat out just doesn't go. Don't waste your money. I bought one. Ran twice around the pool then Died. Never worked since. 2 years ago or so. Still sitting on a shelf waiting to be tossed out.
