Can i use it so my hyperx gaming headphones can now both use the mic and play audio out of the headphones at once on my pc?

Very likely. My sons headphones have a jack that carries mic and audio in a single jack, but the PC has separate audio out and mic in jacks. This splitter was the solution. If that's your situation then this is what is needed.

Will it work if you plug them into two computers? will audio come from both pcs? they're not old or anything, i just need the audio from both.

No. This adapter splits microphone audio in and headphone audio out signals to separate 3.5mm jacks. It cannot be used to combine audio outputs from two sources.

Does it work only with apple headphones?

No it doesn't work with apple earphones.

Is there a way to fix the static noise ?

The only way to "fix" it is by lowering the mic volume in the settings for your mic. So no, there isnt a way.
