I first discovered Reuzel at my hairdresser and have been using it for a few years now. It smells great, is easy to apply, and rinses off your hands with just water. It gives a natural look—no shine or clumps—and holds well throughout the day. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a reliable styling product. I use this size for when I travel.

Firstly, pay attention to the size can you are buying. Amazon has 1.3oz listed for $20.95 on some listings, this is the same price as the current 3.38oz (previously 4oz). In other listings the 1.3oz is $10.95. Aside from that, the product is great gives a nice matte/dry look hold.

I have thinning hair and needed a product that will provide both volume and a medium hold for the whole day, and this product delivers. The vanilla mint scent is not bad but I prefer a cedar, citrus or sandalwood scent (beggers can't always be choosers). The hold is perfect - maintains shape but remains pliable enough to run your fingers through without messing up your style. That being said I do top off with hair spray for windy days where I'd like a more firm hold.

Great quality, but the packaging isn’t very air-tight on the small size. They usually dry up to the point where the texture changes quite a bit before I finish a tin. If you’re shopping around, the larger tins seem to last better. It has a mild-medium hold, but it’s also very lightweight on the hair.

Not the right size . I’ve always paid the same price for the 4oz container to now order & it’s 1.3 oz . I guess I should have read more carefully but big drop in size considering the same price . Feels like a ripoff . Will the 4oz be $40??! Not satisfied.

Smooth, easy to apply, evenly mixes in hair and the scent is neither too strong or too faint

It was hard to get any out and I ended up taking the entire clump out of the container, and it needs to be tapped between your finger tips, not rolled in your palms. If you use about a pea sized amount, it will gunk up and clump your hair together. Overall it works on dry hair and gets the desired shape

Add a little or add a lot for more hold and a more of a product in hair look. A tiny amount is basically dry hair look and can be shaped with hands. I can sleep on this and still reshape hair. Wash hair with just water and still has some effect. With shampoo washes right out. I am super sensitive to some smells. This stuff is pleasant and doesn't do anything weird over time. It does smell like toothpaste. But it is a nice clean smell and is different than so many other over scented things. Smell goes away pretty fast too. I like it and will get more.

I must have gotten an old batch. It's brown and very hard. Not usable at all....

It doesn’t take up much space and lasts a good while even with regular use. Next time, I’ll probably get the larger size, but this one works great for on-the-go. All in all, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a solid product that does what it says, and I can definitely see myself sticking with it.
