Banza Mac and Cheese: A Tasty Twist on Tradition
Banza Mac and Cheese, specifically the Shells with Classic Cheddar, has become a household favorite, bringing both joy and a hint of health consciousness to our dining table. Here's my perspective on what makes this product stand out:Family-Friendly Flavor Fiesta (5/5): The taste of Banza Mac and Cheese is a unanimous hit in our household. Even my teenagers, who can be notoriously picky, find delight in the rich and savory flavors of the Classic Cheddar. It's a flavor fiesta that caters to the preferences of every family member.Dietary Win for Hubby (5/5): One of the standout features for us is how Banza Mac and Cheese aligns with my husband's dietary requirements. Cutting out starch is a challenge, but this product provides a delicious alternative that fits seamlessly into his dietary goals. It's a win for taste and health.Healthy Indulgence (4/5): Amidst the cheesy indulgence, there's a subtle sense of satisfaction knowing that we're incorporating something a bit healthier into our meals. The use of alternative ingredients adds a nutritious twist to the classic mac and cheese experience.Value Conundrum (3/5): While the taste and quality are undeniably commendable, the only hiccup for me lies in the price tag. I do wish Banza Mac and Cheese were a bit more budget-friendly, as the cost can be a deterrent for frequent indulgence.Overall Crowd-Pleaser (4/5): Banza Mac and Cheese manages to strike a balance between flavor and health, making it a crowd-pleaser in our household. The quality of the ingredients and the enjoyable taste make it a reliable go-to for satisfying our mac and cheese cravings. In conclusion, Banza Mac and Cheese has successfully won our taste buds over with its delightful flavor and health-conscious approach. It's a welcome addition to our family meals, proving that a classic dish can be reinvented without compromising on taste. While the price may be a consideration, the overall enjoyment and dietary benefits make it a product worth exploring for anyone seeking a delicious and slightly healthier mac and cheese option.

Great & Easy One-Pot Low-Effort Mealtime
Fast shipping, well-boxed. Adequate expiration dates. Reasonable price point compared to local grocery stores (who never have it in stock anyway). The product itself is great, a 'healthy' and more stomach/digestion-friendly version of usually high-dairy/gluten mac & cheese. I usually sub unflavored unsweetened almond milk and add a can of peas or diced carrots with a handful of cashews for extra texture and to make it a "full meal" on its own. I call this 'recipe' "Banza-za" on my meal plan :)Came with a coupon for a free Banza frozen pizza! (which I forgot to use in time). But appreciated the thoughtfulness of including that. Seller/brand definitely earned some brownie points from this customer.

Noodles
I enjoyed these noodles compared to other keto brands. The other brands with lupin flour is unedible!

Tastes good, but very pricey.
The main reason I can't give more stars to this is the price. It's like 8x the cost of brand-name macaroni and cheese, and probably 10x the cost of generic. HOWEVER, if you're trying to avoid things like flour, this is a very tasty alternative. I don't think my tastes have changed so much that I like things that I wouldn't have liked six months ago (I still eat junk food now & again). My housemate also thought this was quite good. It cooks really fast (3 minutes). I made the sauce by microwaving heavy cream and butter, then whisking in the sauce packet. Then when the macaroni was cooked and drained, I poured the sauce on it. This has always been my way of making box mac & cheese - it makes it creamier than trying to mix the powder in the butter & cream while the pasta is trying to gum things up. Of course I would like it even better if it didn't have some of the tastebud drugs in it (you know, those chemicals that make you think something powdered tastes like real food) but for an occasional treat, it's not too bad.

Chickpea Pasta Yeah
I love this pasta. Its made with v chickpeas not white flour, and yes its, delicious. I add vegetables and protein to it, and make a complete meal of my Mac & Cheese. We eat it at least four times a week.

You'll Never Miss The Real Thing!
I've been a fan of Banza's regular pasta, ever since trying it out. I've been wanting to give their Mac & Cheese a try, to see how it compares with the real deal. I'm going to be 100% honest... this is just as great. For someone needing to cut back on calories, and carbs, this would be perfect. One serving is 260 Calories and 28 Net Carbs, so yeah... compare that to Velveeta. It's 360 Calories and 47 Carbs. I admit, it's a little expensive, but it's hard to find local. That's why I'll fix it every now and then, or at least until the price comes down a bit (or I can find it somewhere nearby). I really like the taste, and the texture is great as well. If you're someone who loves comfort food, but scared away by the macros... give this a try. No guilt, just good taste! Thank you Banza, for creating this.

Good flavor. And better price than the grocery store.
Still over $3 a box for mac and cheese is kinda nuts.
