Easy to install and holds the phone well (iPhone XS Max with case) even though the phone is quite heavy. I have hit several bumps and the phone has not fallen out. That said it is only in a vent clip so the weight of the phone means that the vent is pointed downwards all the time, not a real issue to be honest. One major point to watch however is when you remove the phone from its mount, all you do is gently touch the back of the mount and the ‘jaws’ open allowing your phone to ‘fall’ out, which mine did the other day, never happened before, but I missed catching it but luckily it landed on the carpet and not out of the door on to the road. My fault entirely not the holders to be fair, but now I am more careful when I come to release the phone. Great that it charges whilst being held. I would buy again!

Side arm supports refused to move so just inserted the phone... side arms then pressed on volume controls (iPhone 8).So tried to move side arms and one ratcheted out and stuck. Pushed it back gently and the things just became too loose to actually hold phone. All in all useless weak plastic workings. Last one I bought had metal supports which I'd assumed this one had going off the nice design and pictures. Disappointed 😡

Great 👍 and useful charger. Easy to install and use performing very well 👌. This is the 3rd one I've bought (first 2 ware bought by my husband) and is a gift 🎁 for a good friend. We use one on a S Class with a Huawei P30 Pro and the 2nd one on a A Class with an IPhone 11 Pro Max. Both my husband and daughter are very pleased with this charger as is very easy to place on the vent system grip is very good and also charging really fast.Quality is 10+ and design is really 🆒️ .Definitely 👍 recommend 👌 this product.

Awful. Wasn’t secure on the vent at all, it kept unhooking, and it constantly slipped down (therefore bottom was in the way of buttons I needed to use) despite it being screwed tightly and positioned well out of the way.It didn’t lock phone into place properly either. I had to repeatedly resettle it.And all that was before the car was even moving, then the holder was slipping all over the place. It was dangerous. I sent it back for a refund.

Ich wollte eine praktische Halterung fürs Auto wo mein iPhone direkt Kabellos aufgeladen wird. Dieses Teil hier ist eine Halterung, mit einem eingebauten Motor, der die beiden SeitenArme der Halterung auf und zu fährt. Dazu ist eine Elektronik verbaut und ein Sensor welcher erkennen soll wann das Gerät eingelegt wird oder so ähnlich. Das hat bei mir genau einmal funktioniert. Danach war der Motor kaputt. Die arme hängen jetzt in einer falschen Stellung und lassen sich nicht mehr ändern. Mechanisch kann man sie sowieso nicht bewegen. D.h., wenn kein Strom angeschlossen ist funktioniert die gesamte Halterung sowieso nicht. Das ist wirklich ein klassisches Beispiel für China Schrott. Sowas sollte man nicht verkaufen. Die Welt wird mit so einem Müll zu gepflastert. Er konstruiert sowas? Muss heute alles super elektrisch und Hyper intelligent, computergesteuert sein? Eine simpler mechanische Halterung hätte den Zweck erfüllt. Das Reihe ich ein in meine persönliche Top Ten der unnützlichsten Produkten die die Menschheit entwickeln kann.
