Very Powerful Medicine IN MODERATION
This garlic extract for fish is not only the best in the market but it can be added to the water to help fish heal. REMEMBER to use it as indicated: ONE drop for 10 gallons of aquarium water. I did that daily for five days of treatment. The bottle does not specify if the one drop is "daily" but I found it used for five days to be safe. Use new carbon to remove the garlic and any medicines after treatment. By the way I also mixed ONE drop of Garlic Extreme with Seachem's Focus and Metroplex (for sale as a set here in Amazon) as indicated. To that mix I added TWO drops of Colostrum IC, an EXTRACT of colostrum (also here in Amazon), that improves immune function. I mixed that with the fish food pellets, waited for 2 1/2 minutes and then fed that mix to the fish (the two powdered medicines should be mixed thoroughly FIRST, then add the one garlic drop and two colostrum drops making it like hand cream in consistency, you can add a little more powder or colostrum but NOT more garlic- practice before feeding). I fed them this mix twice a day. After the recommended five days, my fish were healed from hemorrhagic septicemia (bloody fins), fin rot and lethargy. Finally, you don't have to have the fish swimming in ugly green water and they can ingest their medicine which is MUCH more effective. Highly recommended!!

Amazing product
I can’t say enough good things about this product, I have a reef tank and had a Ick problem. I don’t know if the garlic killed the ick or just made it go dorment but all my fish don’t show any sighns of it anymore. No more flashing or spots. And they are more active, eat like perona . All I do is put a couple drops with there frozen food after cleaning it. Also started using in my fresh tanks too. In the beginning I dosed the tank for 7 days 5 drops a day. Then stoped and just mix it with the food. Took about 10 days and the tangs stopped flashing. Within 20 days no apots in sight. I have a cow fish , 3 tangs 2 clown fish a gowbey fish , fox fish and a few smalls. Also coral, snails , shrimp. All are doing good. Going on 5 months .

Helped my Ick problem
Tank had Ick and I had lost a few fish so I ordered this. I put like 5 drops in my tank each day 30 mins before feeding which was probably too much but you could tell all the fish we're hungry and went nuts during feeding. I had Ick in the tank for 3 days, ordered this and started use on day 5 of ick, so I wasn't going to be hopeful. I did lose half of my fish BUT had I had this on hand I'm sure I could have gotten ahead of it instead of waiting.

It’s ok
This stuff smells STRONG. I’ve used it a few times and my fish don’t seem to go crazy for it like some people say theirs do, but I’ve not had a super finicky fish to have to try it out with yet either.

This product saved my axolotls
My axolotls went on a hunger strike and didn’t eat for an entire month. I tried everything. Red wigglers, nightcrawlers, bloodworms, repashy grub pie, hikari slinking pellets, chopped up shrimp and salmon, nothing. Everything they’d ever loved. They wouldn’t touch anything. I even tried soaking things in raw garlic water like people online suggested. Nothing. Cool, clean, dechlorinated water with good parameters and no other health conditions and they refused to take a single bite. I thought they were going to starve themselves to death for sure. I ordered this stuff and they immediately regained their appetites. They’ve eaten heartily every day since I first tried it. I can’t be grateful enough or recommend this product more highly.

Solid takes patience
Solid product, my blue tang came down with some parasites. I used this to treat him. I know that proper quarantine with cooper is the preferred method. I didn’t have a spare tank around and wanted to try and see if it would clear my tang of the dreaded white spots. After a few weeks and saturating it’s prepared frozen food I noticed he was completely cleared up. It takes patience, don’t expect overnight eradication. It’s been a few months since I noticed the ick, I only treated the food for a week afterwards and have not seen it come back. My tank has 7 other fish, 1 yellow tang, angel flame, 1 chromis, 2 clowns, 1 6 line, diamonds goby and no signs that they were infected.

If your fish have ich and won't eat this is a must buy!
I read one review (can't remember which one now but whoever wrote it thank you! you saved my fish!) that said this stuff literally saved his fish - they had ich really bad and didn't want to eat.... you can also put a few drops of this directly into the tank. I had a really bad case of ich - lost my beloved catfish and plecko and thought I was going to lose at least 2 of my koi but researched and between keeping your tank at 86 degrees (for 5-7 days for cycle of parasites to lay eggs and die), using paraguard and metroplex (all carbon filters removed) I managed to save my fish. This got my really sick koi eating... she had ich so bad it was in her mouth and gills - with the combination of the above she is almost healthy... (still has a few tiny tumors on her tail). I will warn you this stuff smells awful - brought my stomach bile right up into my throat - I use gloves to handle it and the food I mixed it with (neoprene/ latex gloves) and put the container inside another container to contain the smell (its that bad). Be aware... didn't see any warnings like that on here - it is vile lol but damn it works.

Smells strong but works
Its a Garlic addictive to fish food for me. Wouldnt use it in their water probably ever, but adding it to medicated food when theyre sick or just adding it every now and then to food to help them fight parasites works great. Smells strong, refrigerate it if you are gonna use it slowly. A few drops should do the trick.
