Dowdle Jigsaw Puzzle - Bristol - 1000 Piece

I've been looking for a puzzle for my Bristolian dad that really sums up our home city for ages, and most of the ones out there are expensive and a bit boring - just a photo of the suspension bridge, usually. This is different - it captures all the famous things about Bristol, but also a lot of familiar but less well known landmarks, as well as some local personalities, all of it in a unique, colourful style that really has visual appeal. The puzzle is beautifully presented, in a really smart presentation box, and it also includes an information sheet that tells you about some of the landmarks and people, and also includes some "Where's Waldo" style hidden object brain teasers. The cut of the puzzle includes some unusually shaped pieces, which add to the challenge of completing it, but this just makes the end result all the more satisfying. It's ironic that I could pop into Bristol and not find a puzzle this good, but this one - which had to come from America - is perfect. It's not cheap, but it is so well designed and presented, it's worth the premium price.
