Absolutely spot on authentic flavours - our favourite jerk dry rub. 100% recommend - works well on both oven baked and bbq’d pork and chicken.

Proper Jerk
This is an amazing Jerk spice mix. It has all the flavours and kick you'd expect from a decent jerk seasoning, but also - texture. This isn't just some powder, it's full of different herbs and spices that combine to hit your taste buds with a profusion of sensations. It is a joy to cook with and eat. Combine this with some homemade jerk sauce, put the bbq on and we're going to have an awesome time. I will definitely buy this again.
