Arrived and did not open for a couple of days!! When I went to use it for the 1st time, I used it 3 times for about an hour each time. Everything was fine, On next use, nothing! Just lite lit u, no movement period. This is the 2nd TIME this has happened to me on this product. Am I just unlucky, don't know how to flip a switch or what ?? I quit, Don't like the feeling that I get when I have to send something back because I feel like i did something wrong. I will just discard the product and move on. BUT I DID want other people to purchase this with LOW expectations!!

It’s super easy to clean, comfortable to hold, and easy to move around your neck, back, legs, etc... Feels solid, strong, and really well made. Very easy to use, not that powerful. 10$ sex store cordless ones feel more powerful. Only 3 speed for consistent on and then 7 levels of patterns. Its meh

This is a great messager. Glad can sit and use it. It does plus in so means the batteries won't just die. Def worth it if your elderly and sit there and have a plug to plug it in.

Do not buy this item it is junk. It worked for one week then stopped. It is poorly made and should have been vetted before being offered for sale. Do not waste your money or the time to try to replace it.
