Panicked at first when it arrived in a manila bubble wrap lined envelope. Thankfully the card was in a big thick hard plastic sleeve, (the name of them escape me) and inside that the card was in a loose fitting (but sufficient) perfect fit, in nearly perfect condition. I noticed a slight catch on the edge of the card, probably a stroke of bad luck while trying to protect it.
