Improve Packing and Shipping
This order included 8 cans of Andersen's Pea Soup. Six of the cans were visibly dented and two of these were leaking and had to be put in the trash. Not much packing to cushion the cans and the carboard box was visibly damaged at the corners. I will continue to buy this soup (price and flavor are great) but I hope that Amazon will pay more attention to packing and to care of boxes while in transit.

Fantastic Split Pea Soup!
Every time we traveled to Southern California, we stopped at the Andersen restaurant on the way down and the way back. So sad when it closed. Very happy that we can still get their soup! Same wonderful flavor!

Split Pea Andersons Soup is the best
There was a restaurant on Highway one between San Francisco and Los Angeles called split pea Anderson’s. They had a traveler special that was really cheap when I was first out on my own and low on money and gas was cheap. I would drive up there and get unlimited, and really good bread, they open a couple more In California. They only have one open now in Santa Nella and I friendly found that I could order this online and it’s the best split pea soup I’ve ever had including my own cavern seasoning was always on their table. You can purchase that in grocery stores.

Extremely Dented Cans. No replace or return policy.
Here is what t(e USDA says.KNOWLEDGE ARTICLEAs long as the can is in good shape, the contents should be safe to eat. NEVER USE food from cans that are leaking, bulging, or badly dented; cracked jars or jars with loose or bulging lids; canned food with a foul odor; or any container that spurts liquid when opening. Such cans could contain Clostridium botulinum. While extremely rare, a toxin produced by it is the worst danger in canned goods. DON'T TASTE SUCH FOOD! Even a minuscule amount of botulinum toxin can be deadly. Recommended storage times are as follows: two to five years for low-acid foods (such as meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables; 12-18 months for high acid foods (such as juices, fruit, pickles, tomato soup, and sauerkraut).

Damaged Goods
First, let me start off with I love Anderson’s split pea soup even in the can. However, I ordered a four pack of the soup. Three of the cans arrived. Damage one was leaking. The only reason I didn’t give this one star is when I called Amazon customer service, they refunded my money. Very poor packaging on Amazons part
