I wanted one of these brushes, but they run about $20 - $30 each in other brands. I am so impressed with this set. It has improved my flowers and leaves incredibly. You can go from large areas to details with the same brush. I am going to buy an extra set in case they stop carrying these. Worth every penny.

So impressed so far! I ordered another set of these for future use incase they are ever needed. These control perfectly, hold a lot of water, load paint beautifully, hold a point, super soft and full control. I'm blown away with these brushes. I am a portrait painter and need controlled use of watercolor paints. You will not be dissapointed in these brushes. No shedding, the length and feel of the brushes is great. No wood handles to ruin with water. I just had purchased black velvet signature $120.00 brushes that were just hideous to use. I returned them and thought I would try these for $20.00. Wow, I've never been so suprised in my life! Don't hesitate to purchase these while they are available.

This set of mop brushes are great for the price and what it delivers... I'm an illustator and use watercolor for many of my projects... I found they keep their point and hold a good amount of water and pigment. I love the fact that they come with an ACRYLIC HANDLE! So how is it more watercolor brushes are not made with acrylic handles?! Watercolor brushes with their wooden handles ( even expensive ones) can easliy be ruined due to water swelling the wood and evenually cracking the enamel coating off the shaft and loosening the ferrule. I now dry my brushes with bristles down after a few of my better brushes were ruined... Not worried about this happening to this set of mop brushes!These brushes are GREAT for beginners because of the price point and shorter handle which gives more control. I'm not considered a beginner and will be using these bruses for my work. This set is also great for travel as it comes with it's own cloth pouch and again the acrylic handle. I was delighted to find a SURPRISE in the box as well! A water brush that is also great for traveling as water is kept in it's handle. This water brush is also good for those who like to do coloring book painting... As this brush will give just the right amount of water to move the pigment around but not oversoak the coloring book paper.Yes... I recoment this set for anyone wanting to paint with a water medium and not worry about the handle being ruined as they dry, a good price piont and the solod preformance they deliver. Enjoy!

I absolutely LOVE these brushes. They stay pointed and are easy to use and clean. They hold a lot of water/paint without any shedding. The 3 sizes that come with it are exactly what I'd want/need. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the words on the brushes are warped and messy and I'm slightly concerned on how the writing on it will hold up over time.

I love these! They're all in different tip sizes, whether you're painting something big or tiny.

For an economy set, these are surprisingly nice. They hold a lot of water, and always spring right back to form and keep good points. [I have another "sleeper" set which turned out to be a sweet find (Amazon/Grace Arts synthetic brush set).]This Flydom set comes with 4 nylon and squirrel hair blend brushes in sizes 0, 3, 5 rounds, and a size 8 mop brush. Also included is a gift of a waterbottle brush of all nylon hair with a cap and clip so you can anchor it on the edge of something, like a pocket.The set comes in a very nice slide-tray cardboard box with a soft gray flannel storage pouch, and each brush has a travel cap to protect the head of the brush. Each travel cap has a small hole in it so wet brushes can dry and dry brushes can breathe. For the price, this is surprisingly nice.In fact, there is a companion set including a size 24 cat tongue, a size 24 flat, a 1/4" chisel, a size12 round, and a size 2 fine detail brush, also in a slide-tray and gray flannel storage pouch.I'm definitely grabbing one of these matching sets, also. these pseudo-squirrel mop brushes have plastic handles, which addresses the weakness in authentic squirrel brushes with wooden handles. the mops retain so much water that the wood handles eventually warp and split. plus they hold a lot of water and keep a good point. what's not to love?

Hopefully I will upgrade this rating after I have a chance to actually use the brushes, but I wanted to put a note about the package.Mine had a waterbrush included. I think this is really nice & I hope I like the brushes too. I have other brushes with acrylic handles so I know I like that part.
