Could someone tell me the size of the inside circle of the salad plate in the square white series?

It's about 6" but a very soft slope. In other words, the entire plate can be used.

Vintage corelle can leak lead etc. from the paint. can someone post the msds for this line so i can be comfortable using it with my kids?
