Not exactly as pictured but I did get a bonus
The ones I got are flat on the end, not rounded as shown, -1 star. The bonus; the green and blue have glitter in them, +1 star!Overall, they do their job. I don't see how they can come off of a standard pencil. You can see where they narrow inside to grip the pencil. In fact you can jam them on so tightly that they're hard to pull off.They add about 12 mm or 1/2 inch to the overall length when on a sharpened pencil. I cut a little bit off of the closed end of some of them to shorten them to fit in my case. That leaves the end completely open but it still extends past the point so it's still protected.

Great way to save the tip of a sharpened pencil in transit
Push it down firmly if it doesn't stay due to the coating of certain types of pencils. Other than that, they work great.

Keeps pencil case clean
My son was frustrated because the inside of his pencil box was getting marked up. He said "I wish there was a tip I could put on. Mom, will you look it up on Amazon". I was almost in disbelief that there was actually a tip. He's very happy with them - solved our problem! Plus it keeps the pencil tip from breaking.

They don’t really fit on the pencil. I’ve already lost them all.

Good for the price
They do protect my pencil leads whilst travelling, but often times they pop off and I'm constantly having to put them back on.

Very tight fit on some pencils.
These caps are a perfect fit on my graphite pencils, even when the pencil has a long piece of lead exposed from sharpening with a knife. I wish they fit as easily on my watercolor pencils. I have a few of the Faber Castell Albrecht Dürer brand. The caps fit if I push them on forcefully and carefully. This crushes the wood a bit, but I hope it means the caps will stay on and keep my pencil bag clean. The caps are made from very sturdy plastic. I think they’ll last a long time.

REALL NICE AND HELPS TO BALANCE OUT PENCILS FOR HAND WRITING OR IF YOU CHEW ON IT
Truly helps in writing when using a pencil as it helps balance the pencil out. Nice if you are a pencil biter when thinking also. Very pretty and clear. It fits well however some pencil's it does not fit.
