I can’t begin to share how grateful I am that I came across this product! My Mom has suffered with Lewy Parkinson dementia for most of her life. With this horrible disease she has suffered from a chronic sleep disorder where she remains awake in agitation and constant confusion for a majority of the night. She has been taking one tablet (an hour before bedtime) for the past four nights and she has remained asleep for at least 10 hours every night! She is so much more rested and the 10 hours of sleep each night have made a huge difference in her day to day life. We are so grateful and truly hope that others experience the same experience that we have!

I was taking the gummies from the supermarket. They were not digesting completely because at times I would need a chewable. When I was doing tradeable last year, I came across these melatonin chewable tabs and decided to give them a try. They work perfectly! One tab per night and I sleep 7-8 hrs per night. I'm rested when I wake up and able to carry out my day without issue!

I’ve tried so many brands. This was the only thing that worked for me and they are dissolvable. Chewable that taste isn’t bad at all.

This was the first time I saw a 60 mg dose of melatonin on sale by Amazon, so I tried it. Before this purchase, I tried the 20 mg berry flavored melatonin, gummies purchased here and those tasted great. These dissolvable tablets, however, taste horrible. Most importantly, they’ve done zero to help me fall asleep. I took one in addition to my prescribed medication for sleep w/ zero sleep success. Either I’m an extreme insomniac (likely) or this product is not effective for people (like me) with a high tolerance for insomnia medicine/supplements. However, the 60 mg tablets did calm a substantial amount of my anxiety & stress after work, which is nearly every day. Thus, instead of using these for sleep, right after work I’ll take one so it kicks during my train commute allowing me to arrive home less stressed & more relax after work. I won’t return these if my after work plan fails—will regift to a friend as I’m sure these are strong enough for many other people to curb insomnia—just not MY insomnia. As a person who doesn’t drink alcohol, I have to be creative with my “wind down” routine as I don’t have the luxury of enjoying a glass of wine after a long day.. I took a picture of the inside of the bottle to show the small size of these tablets. Also, The tablets themselves are very fragile to the touch. Pop one immediately into your mouth and under your tongue for potentially better results than my experience. NOTE: The instructions advise to start with half a tablet until you figure out what your tolerance, if any. But remember, the flavor on the listing & bottle says “Natural Berry” but is not a pleasant—at all. As mine began to dissolve, the poor texture of the tablets quickly dissolved and the horrible taste exploded in my mouth. You’ll likely do what I did and chase the tablet with water or soda, etc. DISCLAIMER: instructions specifically state to let the tablet dissolve but I couldn’t handle the taste long enough for it to completely dissolve. In fairness to the manufacturer and Amazon’s description of this item, there is a notice in the listing that these tablets may not be as effective for people with a high tolerance. I just didn’t realize my tolerance was so high that 60 mg of Melatonin would be 100% ineffective in helping me fall asleep. As for tablets’ potency & quality, perhaps I got a bad batch. It’s also possible that the bottle was exposed to something wet or damp during the delivery process. The pills look and feel like ones accidentally dropped in a wet sink that your panic to save. Then when it tries the tablet goes down tasting like chalk with a medicine coating. Okay, maybe this doesn’t apply specifically to you, but most people have experienced a pill doing down the drop way and drinking lots of milk or something sweet to remove the taste. That’s these tablets. Giving 3 starts for ineffective potency and poorly manufactured tablets. But the driver finally delivered it to the correct building so the DRIVER gets 3 stars! 😊
