Absolutely brilliant piece of home gym equipment. To be honest it exceeded my expectations.I was looking to create a home gym since all the gyms in my area Are always packed to capacity.everything arrived just as described.The tricep rope is really good quality. almost compares to you would find in the gym (most of the products that I found excluded the tricep rope) and it was super easy to assemble.This product is equipped with a forearm blaster which has brought me a surprise.Creating power for my wrist and forearm training.Everything feels very durable so I have recommended this to a couple of my fitness friends. i’m excited for my daily workout routines now. I've been looking to add to my regular weight set and squat rack that I've had for so many years. I've finally gotten that extra bit with this set. It hasn't been necessary to go too heavy yet, because a 25 lb and couple of 10 lb plates give enough resistance for what I normally do. I'm considering going for an extra hanging strap, 2cnd pulley and cable, to allow working both arms at the same time for some movements. I would even recommend this for folks recovering from various types of injuries, as smaller weights can be great for recovery. I'm not a licensed therapist or trainer, but this seems to fit pretty close to what I've seen in regular gyms over the years. I just happened to get it on sale, so that was nice too.
