Its great quality, not cheap but just fine.
My first time to have a bowens setup of softbox, it was really very hard to assemble the first time around but when I get used to it comes in handy, there are lots of youtube tutorials to watch how to manage bowens type of softboxes.

Totally useless!
As other have noted—I wish I had read those reviews before I bought—it is nearly impossible to assemble. I’ve been working 30 minutes, and it still isn’t together. The storage bag it came with is a cruel joke because nobody is going to fold this up for fear it will never go back together. Instructions are basically non-existent. Also, the pictured grid was not included. I’ll be returning this total junk immediately.

Extremely difficult to assemble
Quality brand but didn't feel this soft box to be any useful at all because it's extremely difficult to assemble. The steel rods are incredibly hard to bend into place. I almost injured myself. Feels like a hassle and a hazard. I would return it in exchange for a dome but the window to return is closed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!
