Sleep Intense is manufactured by Spa Ceylon, in Sri Lanka, and is available thru Amazon. I've been using it for sleep enhancement since buying my first vial some 6-7 years ago, in Sri Lanka at the Spa Ceylon shop. It is VERY effective as a sleep aid. I won't be without it.

This little bitty spa in a bottle is a lovely potent smelling balm. It's naturally earthy and floral with a hint of soapiness. I sense the Neroli and Ylang Ylang the most, with a mild hint of the citrus ingredients. I wasn't expecting the scent to be so strong, so while it's a very natural scent, it's possible it might bother anyone who's very sensitive to fragrance.I personally really like it. It does bring a sense of well being... I do feel more relaxed, which can be difficult with my racing mind before bed. This just seems a bit soothing.The balm is soft, mildly oily, but it easily soaks into the skin and makes that area really soft. I place on my wrists, behind my ears, and a bit on my feet and I'm good to go for the night.The jar is beautiful and so is the packaging. The jar is very small tho, and basically only one finger can fit into the opening. It's good so that you don't use up too much (a little really does go a LONG way!) but I wonder how easy it will be to get to the bottom as most of it is used up.I would gladly purchase again, and with the beautiful jar and packaging, this would make a lovely gift in a spa basket or even on its own!

This lotion is very moisturizing, smells amazing, and absorbs quickly. It definitely contains relaxing scents and calms me before I sleep. It may help me sleep better, but I can't really tell for sure.

This stuff has a weird smell, goes on oily, and made no difference to my sleep....

I tried the SPA CEYLON SLEEP INTENSE Dream Balm hoping for a calming effect before bed, and while it has a pleasant, soothing fragrance, I didn’t find it to be as intense or long-lasting as I hoped. It hydrates well and feels gentle on the skin, making it suitable for all types. However, it didn’t significantly help with sleep. It’s a nice product, just not as effective for me personally.

This 'SPA CEYLON' Sleep Intense Dream Balm is a very unique product that has worked very well for me. I love the pretty jar that the balm is in, it looks very luxurious and also looks nice on a vanity. The way this balm was presented is also very nice, and I really like the overall way this is made.The balm is thick, so it only takes a small amount; I apply it to my pulse points, and it absorbs nicely onto my skin. It's a nice moisturizing balm that doesn't feel too greasy or unpleasant. I absolutely love the scent of this balm as it contains essential oils and aromas; Lavendar, Patchouli, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, and Neroli (and some citrus notes) are very relaxing and pleasant.I feel this is a great scented balm to wear at night, as it does help me to unwind and relax. However, I also have worn this in the daytime too; it smells like a nice fragrance for anytime. The way that it's a solid fragrance (in a balm form), it makes it convenient and easy to use; also makes it less messy to travel with, and stays contained in the jar.I really love this product, and it really is a great quality. I think the price point (currently listed at around $16) is reasonable, at least in my personal opinion. I would definitely order this again, whether for myself or as a gift option. Very nice experience with this item!

This is nice but it’s really strong scented so I can’t only use a small Dab without feeling overwhelmed. It could just be that I’m more sensitive. It’s a balm so it’s easy to just dap my finger in and apply. It’s a small jar and an even smaller opening so I can’t only use see that being an issue as it gets used further down the bottle.

If I could give it 6 stars, I would!...Whatever the combination of the ingredients in this amazing sleeping balm cream, I have never experienced such gorgeous aroma in my life. There is Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Citrus Bergamot, Tangerine, Patchouli oils, etc. The one ingredient that was new to me was Neroli flower oil, and as I read up on it I was amazed at the properties of this little flower that has been used for anxiety and insomnia, among other things. It's really a stellar list of ingredients.Now for the more practical part. I think it did help me sleep-wise, so I will continue using it. These things, of course, might be judged on an individual basis and the circumstances, the level of anxiety before sleep, etc. But it did work for me. That I can say. I used it according to the directions on the package and the Details page.The Dream Balm arrived in a beautiful package, in a lovely small jar. And a little goes a long way with this balm.
