Cheap plastic, bad mounts.
I would not recommend these to anyone. They feel way too cheap for what you're paying for them, and they don't mount up right at all, the little plastic nubs you push through are not sturdy at all, both were just drooping down onto the bumper itself. I have lost one not even a week after installing them.
