Despicable Customer Service
**Updated review - Xterra also charged me $74.50 to send back the suits as well. So total of $100 to return 2 suits while still keeping one. Horrible customer service, and will make sure to share this experience with everyone I race and volunteer with.BUYER BEWARE - I have been purchasing with Amazon for over 10 years and have never once come across a company with customer service so disrespectful, condescending and unhelpful. Whenever buying a product, I always value customer service and the way the company treats their customers, and no matter how good a product is… if the customer service is lacking, that is what customers remember.I bought 3 sizes in the tri-suit. Kept the one that fit, and returned the other two. The suits come in individual white boxes, and if you order multiple, they are delivered taped together. I printed the return label (minus the stated return cost) and walked into UPS. They told me the seller should not have sent them this way, as it’s against shipping policy. In order to return, UPS stated I had to buy a box to put the two white boxes in. I did as such, and was out $20 (including shipping and box I had to purchase). I wrote the Xterra customer service team to share my experience and request a refund on ONE of the items. To my biggest surprise, they were disrespectful, and continued to accuse me (the customer) of not returning the suits in the correct boxes. I continued to explain, and elaborate on how this is a poor customer experience and should not be their standard. They proceeded to tell me they would no longer communicate with me and I would not be getting any reimbursement for having to purchase a box.I participate in may triathlons, and volunteer at many as well. I will be sure to share my poor experience with all participants, sponsors and anyone inquiring about a wetsuit. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered and I will never purchase an Xterra product again.

Great suit, slow service
It took a few months, but I finally got the right size and model. I'm 5'2 and my weight goes from 110 to 113 lbs. I ordered based on the sizing chart, and even moved up a "block," but the women's medium small (WMS) was so tight that my arm started going numb and my face felt like it was turning blue. I used to swim competitively, and realize suits are supposed to be tight. This was waaay too tight. I had to pay to ship it back in exchange for the next size up, women's medium (WM). A month later, I received the long sleeved version, and had to ship it back again to get the sleeveless one I ordered. Kind of a pain to deal with all that, but it's a nice suit and it was worth the hassle in the end. Just keep in mind that customer service is pretty slow if you're in a rush or have a race coming up. I tested it out in an alpine lake, and it did an awesome job of keeping me warm. The medium did not feel restrictive at all, and it added quite a bit of buoyancy. Easy to put on and take off.

Great quality order up size
Looks like good quality. I am 5'6" and 170 lbs. Athletic build and C cup. I ordered an XL per the size chart It was almost impossible to zip, one boob flew out the side. No way could I get my diaper tri-suit to fit in. The length was too short, the bottom of the pants came up my leg like capri pants. I do not believe I would have enough circulation to my head since the neck was so tight.I have worn wet suits for scuba diving so I know they should be snug. But this was cutting circulation off. But wait there is more. The suit is good quality, the zipper didn't bust out like my boob did. The exterior is rubber so I could imagine I would feel like a walrus in the water swimming from a whale. Sleek like a seal, fat like a walrus is how I felt. In other words, had it fit, I would have kept it. Unfortunately this Athena won't be racing in this. Back to Orca I go.

Perfect first Tri Wetsuit!
Full range of motion of arms, still keeps me plenty warm, and the buoyancy is a major bonus for longer swims!SUIT RUNS VERY SMALL! I am 5'4", 120 lbs, athletic/boyish body type (32B bra size) and I had to go with a medium/large. As per the sizing chart I was on the cusp of "small medium" and "medium" so I went with the medium. This was still so tight I couldn't bend over even the slightest bit without feeling like the whole suit would tear, and had very restricted range of motion/the suit pinched at the shoulders. The medium/large fits like a dream! Its tight like a wetsuit should be, but I can breathe :) I had to order it directly from XTERRA because Amazon was out of stock (which actually shipped much faster than Amazon, and they have great customer service!).

I do love it. I went two sizes up because I ...
I do love it. I went two sizes up because I have learned with my muscular body and very long legs that noones size chart is ever correct for me for a wet suit!! I worry over time that pulling it up may cause a rip, but it is so comfortable on. The neck is a little tight but you kinda get used to it while you wear it. I wear it skiing and skied in 55 degree water and was very comfortable!! It may not last forever but it is a reasonable price point to have to repurchase a new one. I have recommended this to many of my ski friends because it is so comfortable

Comfortable and Great Fit
This is a great wetsuit! I had my first open water swim of the season last weekend, and this suit was perfect to extend the training season. The water was a chilly 60 degrees, but I was comfortable. I am 5’6” and 123 lbs, and the size M fits perfectly. Easy to put on, easy to peel off, and doesn’t inhibit my movement in the water; what more could I ask for?

Fits like a glove! (Know your size!)
Sooo happy I got the sleeveless style! This wetsuit will keep your core warm enough to do the triathlon's swim portion. I'm 4'11" 120 lbs and I got the WMS size and it fits like a glove! The company is San Diego based. I ordered Friday (early morning) and it arrived today (Saturday)! Now time to train in the water to get used to the wetsuit and validate it doesn't restrict movement while doing laps. Happy camper!
