Mau Lifestyle White Rizzo Cat Tree, 32" H, 27 LBS

The item is great, very attractive and a good option for those who love cats but not the “cat aesthetic.” My cats love it too. But giving 5 stars for the MauPets customer service. I had an issue with one of the tree “branches” being defective. I emailed the address included in the package and included pictures, my purchase invoice, and a short description of the problem. I had a response within two hours and a replacement piece via Fedex within days. It was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend.

As I recently acquired two kittens that will be indoor only, I wanted to make sure that they have access to as many windows to look out of as possible. I did not want to put the typical looking cat tower in my living room, as in order to place it in front of a window, it would be in a very obvious spot. There was no way I could tuck it discreetly in a corner and still give the kitties access to a window view. When I found the MAU product, I instantly loved it because of the natural wood. It is on the pricey side, but it's going in my living room, so it was worth it to me. It arrived on time and was easy to put together; but one of the pieces of wood had a crack in it. It is only a couple of inches long, but it concerned me. The kittens are little still, but when they are full grown, I worried they could cause the crack to get worse and ruin the cat tree. On bringing up my concern to the Seller, and sending a picture, they immediately agreed to replace the branch with the crack. Rich at MAU could not have been more helpful and responsive. I not only would recommend this product, but I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with this Seller. Finding a company that backs up their product is just about as important as the product itself, and in this case I am happy with both!

Really beautiful cat tree. My cat took a couple of days to warm up to it. I was terrified I spent all this money and she wasn't going to use it but she loves it now. It took me placing her on it and forcibly keeping her there with treats but she finally took to it. I went with this tree mainly for its replaceable/interchangeable parts and having a reputable company that won't fall off the face of the world if i need spare parts. But you can totally get a dupe for less if you don't mind not being able to replace parts as easily or don't want something as quality made.

This piece is constructed so well!!! The cat loves it! Once the dog discovered the carpeted base, they BOTH enjoy it! Easy to assemble and super sturdy!!!

This product was shipped quickly. It took me 10 minutes or less to put together. They also have online videos. It is so pretty and my cats are already loving it. I would have purchased a bigger one, but wanted to make sure that my kitties loved it before I splurged more. I love the look, it is sturdy, human and most importantly…cat approved.

My cat absolutely loves this product! It was easy to assemble, and she jumped up the moment I finished and barely left it for the rest of the day. It looks pretty classy compared to other cat trees, and she loves the hanging toys. My issues with it are the material is a faux fur, when in the picture it looked like shaggy carpeting, so its not going to last as long as I had hoped. Also, they put stickers all around the wood pieces so I would know which end was the bottom, but the adhesive discolored the raw wood. Lastly, the surfaces look nice and padded, but they really arn't, except for the one just around the edge.

my boy loves it, couldn’t even get it out of the box before claimed it. I’ve only had it up for 3 hours and he’s loving being in it. easy to assemble and a very high quality aesthetic tree. platforms are easy on my 14 year old cats joints, perfect height for a window perch, just what we needed

Such a beautiful cat tree and she loves it!! Was a bit concerned if it would be sturdy enough as old my girl is on the larger / heavy side at 16 lbs. Took less than 15 minutes to put it together and is definitely well made. No regrets and worth the price.
