An interesting conversation.

Beware: I tried to purchase the Kindle version of this book, which makes text appear in an image format (every page of the book was scanned, as opposed to transformed into text format). As a result the text is minuscule and impossible to read.

Obviously this book has been cresed ( the cover looks like it's been bent backward) BEFORE it was put into the envelope. I've been sent what ammounts to a dmaged item. Please let me know how much will be offered as a refund to compensate.
