Vert is with the ground wire easy to install. Took around 30 minutes. I used t-taps to tie into the existing wiring from my rocker switch. If this thing fails, then I can just unplug it, and replace it without the need to cut and slice again. If you do not have a rocker installed and plan to use this as your only source for your winch, be sure and run a jumper ground between the center ground lug, and the center ground input on your solenoid.
