How do you use these? for example, in a sink, how many clothes can i put per packet? mix the soap/water first, then add clothes? then hang dry? thanks

Yes, I just put a few articles in the sink (count depends on bulkiness and size of articles) and fill with water. Then I squeeze the soap packet contents in and agitate everything really well annd then let soak for about ten minutes. Drain and squeeze out water. Refill and mix well again. You may need to do this a couple of times to get all the soap out. Then, hang to dry.

Is this a powder or liquid?

It's liquid in single packs, each of which is a perfect amount for a bathroom sinkful of wash. I always travel with it. By the way, it rinses out well and leaves your clothes smelling fresh even after a sweaty hot day!

Do these have any type of scent?

These smell like typical woolite in the bigger bottle. Which is to say, for a detergent, there isn't much scent at all. It just has a slight clean smell but there is no added fragrance and this is a very gentle detergent, great for any clothes, especially delicate and non irritating to sensitive skin.

Is this the actual Woolite brand? The product I received says "Lewis N. Clark" not Woolite. I need unscented for sensitive skin. Is this a knockoff?

It is actual Woolite marketed by Lewis N. Clark (a travel company) ... It isn't unscented but is great for use when travelling ... I typically use unscented items and had no problems with this product.
