Will this fit my Wahl model number mc3? And is it made well?

It was advertised to fit all full-sized Wahl clippers but, while it appeared to actually fit, the plastic tab, which is the only thing to hold it to the clipper, snapped off the first time that I tried to use it. I'm going to look for a Wahl's own 2" guard instead. Not sure if they make one.

I use it to give myself a pixie cut, and my hair is stick-straight, so I'm not beard wise. If knowing it does work to cut 2", yes, it does. You just have to get used to how to sweep it through your hair, up and out. Also, take into account the adjustment of the blades on your razor. Hope this helps some.

Not worth buying - made of cheap plastic

Not worth buying. Made of cheap plastic, flimsy and kept falling off the clipper as I tried to cut my sons hair. I returned it without issue, for a full refund.

It cuts hair to a length of 2 inches

This clipper guide is designed to cut hair that's over 2 inches, down to 2 inches. It looks comical on the clippers but that just adds to the "shear" joy of using it. I like to hold it up once it's installed on to my clippers and smile at it before I turn on my clippers and start cutting hair to no more than 2 inches in length. It works and it looks funny and the price wasn't bad.
