I have fine curly hair that doesn't usually look great in the morning unless I wash it. I use this to get control of some of the frizz caused by sleeping, and improve the curl definition. It is not heavy, sticky, or create stiff hair. It is great that it is a spray. It is hard to apply any type of creamy/mouse product to my dry hair. It doesn't distribute well and and can result in stiff or sticky hair.
