This is my favorite work bench tool. I was worried that the florescent bulb wouldn't be as nice as newer LED versions, but after first use I was glad I didn't pay nearly twice as much for an LED version. This is very bright and has a great light color quality to it. I find I am starting to use this as my primary work light more and more.The magnifier is nice and clear, with plenty of focal distance to get some tools under it.

I needed a a magnifying lamp for my jewelry making business. I am very pleased with the quality and appearance. The on off switch located by the lens is extremely convenient. It's bright and maneuverable.

light is bright, magnifier is great. Clamp was pretty useless for me and I had to order the weighted base
