3 of us in my home have chronic headaches/migraines. We usually just use a makeshift icepack for pain relief. This product makes it so much easier, more comfortable, and no melting/leaking ice. The mask itself is very smooth and comfortable, including the Velcro strap. It’s not stiff and bulky like some tend to be. The ice pack easily slides in and out of the pocket in the mask and is held securely in place. I like that it comes with the full mask pack, or the 2 individual ice packs which fit perfectly over our eyes with just the right amount of weight. I definitely recommend it!

The versatility of the strap not only makes it one size fits all but also allows for adjustment of pressure. The ice packs are interchangeable and can even be placed on the back end of the strap. I have to say this headband can be used for more than just migraine relief. I wish I had this when my wisdom teeth were removed. I have TMJ so now I use this to put cold pressure on my jaw without having to hold onto an ice pack. Great product removes migraines and pain in general very quickly.

This is a nice eye wrap for soothing migraines and headaches. It comes with 2 sets of cold packs that can be refrigerated or frozen for cooling relief on the eyes. The cool packs can be removed and the wrap can be washed. You could also put the wrap on your neck. It could also be used for cooling a fever.

Save your money. It's a ripoff -- just a disagreeable icepack which doesn't stay in place.

I love the size and ability to place on different angles. I wish the fabric was a little more plush as my skin can feel super sensitive, but other than that, it’s a good go to for migraine relief
