Machine is great but customer service is bad and if you decide you need a small part they will charge you 25 dollars to mail within Canada so get extra parts at time of purchase or pay a fortune for literally a tiny part. If you spend over 150 dollars shipping is free but you won’t need an extra 150 dollars worth of stuff. Not happy.

This is a fantastic machine, looks beautiful on the counter and makes the whole process easy and convenient! However as is, it won’t make a very strong finished product. I recommend looking into the French press hack where you can fit much more if you prefer something stronger. The drying process can be stinky, especially if using a lot at once so be aware for apartment living. Overall super happy with my purchase!

This is my second purchase of a levo2. The first one lasted 5 years. It still works, I use it for smaller batches of oil infusions and to activate hemp products. I use my new levo to make all kinds of infusions that I use in my food and drinks. The levo2 is lightweight, durable and easy to use. It makes it so easy to turn any dish or drink into next level awesomeness. Would definitely recommend

Of course, there's always a learning curve with any new gadget, and I did have one minor issue when first using the machine. I learned the hard way that the machine needs to be plugged in and turned on before putting the canister back in. But once I figured that out, it's been smooth sailing ever since. Overall, I would highly recommend the LEVO II machine to anyone looking to up their edible game. It's easy to use, versatile, and customizable, making it the perfect addition to any kitchen. Bought this because my cousin swears by hers. I used it a couple times and the lid stopped locking. Reached out to levo to have it replaced or repaired. The warranty process was through email which seemed like auto responses asking me the same question s over again. I understand it may be due to user error so I researched on YouTube and found it was a known issue. Never got the unit replaced or even replacement parts. Waste of my money! Update!!!!! Levo replaced the broken one! Customer service was A+. I'm a happy customer!
