Haven’t fully run its paces yet but works as transfer snd connection hub, not sure about charge capability yet

This docking station works very well but if you decide to use it at home for your job get it cleared with your IT department. I was skeptical before purchasing but it does create two dual screens that I can multi task on. I highly recommend it.

I used this for connecting multiple electronics. It was perfect for when I connected a network cable, an external monitor, a scanner, and additional gadgets that uses the HDMI ports

Small and compact and works better than bulky ones. I particularly like it for the size and extra features. This one provided two hdmi hook ups. USB and the norm but also vga. This was a bonus because a school upgraded their 17 inch monitors and I got four for ten bucks and. They were in great condition. Only problem they were vga not hdmi. I first bought an adapter till I found this gem and now I have three monitors connected to my laptop and I couldn’t be more pleased. Small compact but gets the job done. I’m pleased

When I got the product it worked but the first update to my computer stopped the usb-c from working. went to Mokins website. Tried to get the driver update for windows 11 there was no driver on their website. Contacted them via email multiple times they have yet to give me the driver and I have it’s been several months since I’ve been able to use my external monitor because they will not send me the driver. They keep asking me for more and more information and not giving me the driver. I want a full refund for this product as it has not worked in months and I have been in contact with them and they have yet to help me resolve this issue. Extremely frustrated customer I will never buy another product from Mokin!!!. Hubby can now work from home much easier with ability for multiple monitors keyboard and mouse and headset from his work laptopCustomer service Even reached out b4 they shipped to see if I had bought the correct docking station as not all are compatible with every laptop brand model and software etc. Luckily I had done my research and had the correct one but I am glad they confirmed it for me before hand.Highly recommend

This works well, I bout it about 5 months ago and it is still working.

After a month of use this unit failed and unfortunately it is outside the return window.I had two displays attached and it was working fine. But now it is very flaky on what it sees. Sometimes it will see one display and sometimes none and also sometimes the laptop locks up and has to be hard powered down. Both displays are working fine and the USB-C port on the laptop is working correctly. I will be purchasing a different unit from another manufacturer.Update! - Mokin reached out to me to diagnose the issue I was having with their 11 in 1 docking station. After trying a few things, they kindly decided to completely refund my purchase which I received today. I am updating the rating on the unit to three stars which includes the customer service I received. If I could give a rating based on just customer service I would give Mokin five stars.
